Brookline Officials Want Residents To Take Vaccine Survey

BROOKLINE — Brookline wants you to take a survey in an effort to assess how much you know about the vaccines.

"The goal of the survey is to provide town public health officials with insight into the levels of vaccine literacy among residents, including general knowledge, beliefs and attitudes towards COVID-19 vaccines," Town Administrator Mel Kleckner and Health Commissioner Dr. Swannie Jett said in a statement.

The town is asking residents at least 18 years old to take a survey to assess vaccine literacy.

Brookline's Department of Public Health commissioner said his department will use the data from the survey to develop future COVID-19 public health outreach programs to support the town's recovery from the pandemic.

Those interested in taking the survey, which officials said is anonymous, can click here. The survey will stay open until June 29 at midnight. It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

COVID-19 vaccines are free and available to anyone above the age of 12. Residents who wish to get vaccinated can register here.
