Help ID Suspected Assailants: Brookline PD

The department emphasized that the two people are not considered "wanted" at this time.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify two people it believes were involved in an assault and battery strangulation and suffocation incident that took place on Longwood Avenue on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

The two people were captured on surveillance footage. Police described the first person as a short white woman last seen wearing glasses, a tan jacket, and black pants. The second person is being described as a tall white man with a dark-colored beard last seen wearing a black jacket, gray pants, a black hat, and a hospital visitor pass. The pair was last seen walking southbound on the riverway toward Brookline Avenue.
