Brookline Police Officer Megan Keaveney Completes Boston Marathon
Keaveney finished the 26.2-mile course in just over five hours.

BROOKLINE, MA — Sgt. Megan Keaveney of the Brookline Police Department successfully completed the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday.
Keaveney ran the Boston Marathon for the very first time this year and finished the 26.2-mile course in 05:06:39.
"Best of luck to first time marathoner Sgt. Megan Keaveney!” the department wrote on its Facebook page before the race. "Follow her for the fastest route through Brookline!!“

Keaveney is one of 108 runners from Brookline who ran the Boston Marathon this year. Out of the town’s participants, 98 athletes crossed the finish line.
