Help ID Suspected Car Burglar: Brookline PD

The person was captured attempting to break into cars on video footage recently.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify a person captured on surveillance footage attempting to car doors.

The footage was captured in the early-morning hours of Sunday, April 20 in a parking lot near South Brookline.

According to the department, the person is a white male with dark hair and a distinct posture. He was captured on footage wearing a white hat, white pullover sweatshirt, black shirt, light-colored pants, and black shoes.

Community members with relevant information can contact Brookline detectives at 617-730-2613. The department emphasized that the man is not considered "wanted" at this time, however it believes that he may be responsible for multiple incidents throughout town.
