Salsa Concert in Washington Square

1. Weather: You can’t ask for a better day. The National Weather Service predicts a sunny day with a high of 82. The evening gets a bit nastier, with storms rolling in around midnight. The temperature should drop to about 67.

2. Metal Stamping Class: In this class, folks can learn how to texture metal and use letter stamps. Use of tools and one base metal blank in included in the class fee at Abellie. Swing by and make a meaningful gift for someone special. 

3. Panic! at the Disco Concert: Come on down to Copley Square, where Brookline's Radio 92.9 FM is hosting a free Panic! at the Disco show at 6 p.m.. 

4. Concert No. 2 of Washington Square: Live Summer Music series: There will be live, outdoor and free concerts will feature Cool Jazz, Sultry Latin and Sunny Calypso music in Washington Square tonight at 6 p.m.

5. Deborah Leipziger, Lawrence Kessenich, and Janice Rebibo: Three members of local poetry group, The Bagel Bards, join The Brookline Booksmith for a night of poetry and to celebrate the release of their latest collections of poetry at 7 p.m.
