Larry Chen was a member of the public school district staff from 2013 to 2018. He was first arrested in 2022 after a former student accused him of sexual assault. Chen's trial was slated to begin earlier this week until the accuser decided not to testify. Despite not testifying and therefore dropping the charges, the victim still maintains her accusations are true. Chen's attorney, Daniel Gaudet, said that his client is looking forward to moving forward with his life.
