Ordonez was wanted in Fairfax County, Virginia on a warrant from October of 2014. He was charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery of a 5 year old girl. Ordonez fled Virginia after the warrant was issued and relocated in Marlborough, MA. US Marshals investigators in Virginia requested assistance of the Fugitive Task Force in Boston in pinpointing Ordonez’s location in the Marlborough area.

He was charged by Cambridge Police as a fugitive from justice to be removed to Virginia. He is also set to be detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, after illegally immigrating to the U.S. from Honduras, the U.S. Marshal's office said.
