Cambridge Police said within 5 minutes, the person was pulled from the water.

CAMBRIDGE, MA — If you saw a lot of police and firetrucks near the Mass Avenue Bridge in Cambridge this morning, that's because a person believed to have a potential mental issue jumped into the water just after 10 a.m.
First responders were able to throw him a ring buoy and pull him in within five minutes of his jumping in, Cambridge police said.
