• Arrest Made In Cambridge Weekend Stabbing Incident (patch.com) — Cambridge residents are learning more after police arrested a suspect in Saturday’s stabbing near Church Street in Harvard Square, where a victim suffered serious injuries. Officers, with help from Transit Police, located the alleged assailant inside the Harvard Square MBTA station and say the investigation is ongoing but there is no broader threat to the community.
   

• How a developer's lawsuit against Cambridge aims to topple affordable housing rules across Massachusetts (bostonglobe.com) — A Cambridge developer is suing the city over its inclusionary zoning rules, challenging a policy that has produced about 1,600 affordable units locally and thousands more statewide. City officials and housing advocates say they’ll fight the case, warning a ruling against Cambridge could weaken affordable housing requirements across Massachusetts and further slow new construction here.
   

• WMass primary care practice enters new partnership to remain independent and viable (nepm.org) — A Cambridge-based physician-owned company called Arches is partnering with Valley Medical Group in western Massachusetts to help the practice stay independent using global payment contracts. For Cambridge residents, it highlights a local health-tech player shaping how primary care is paid for statewide, potentially influencing access, costs, and provider salaries across Massachusetts over time.
