Woman Robbed At Gunpoint, Cambridge Police Looking For 2 Men

Police are asking for the public's help in finding two men.

CAMBRIDGE, MA — After a woman told police two men robbed her at gun point near the border with Belmont, police are looking for two men and are asking for the public's help in finding them.

Just after 9:15 p.m. Tuesday night a woman called to report two men described as dark skinned and wearing dark clothing showed her a gun and robbed her near the corner of Cushing Street and Spruce Avenue, a bout a block from Mt. Auburn Cemetery.

She told police she wasn't sure where the men ran off after they took money from her. Police said the woman was not physically injured.

This morning, investigators canvased the neighborhood for video surveillance footage and to make their presence in the area known.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen anything or who knows any thing about the robbery to call them at 617-349-3300.
