DANVERS, MA – Danvers Chief Assessor Stephen Poulos posted the following legal notice on Tuesday, Nov. 8, regarding the annual tax classification meeting on Nov. 15.<hr />Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 56 of Chapter 40 of M.G.L., the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Danvers will conduct the Annual Tax Classification Hearing on November 15, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Danvers Town Hall, 1 Sylvan Street, Danvers, MA as part of their regularly scheduled meeting on the issue of allocating the property tax levy among the four property classes for fiscal year 2017 and the residential, open space and small commercial exemption options.
