Charles L. Proctor, Sr., of Ipswich and formerly of Danvers, died Oct. 9. He was 83. Proctor was a graduate of Danvers High School. Visiting hours: Saturday, Oct. 19, 9:30-11 a.m. at the Campbell-Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home in Beverly. Visiting hours will be followed by a graveside service at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Peabody.

• Helen M. (Walsh) Sullivan died Oct. 16. She was 96. Visiting hours: Tuesday, Oct. 22, 4-7 p.m. Funeral Service: Wednesday, Oct. 23, 9 a.m. at the St. Rose of Lima Church in Topsfield. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery in Lowell.

• Barbara (Palleschi) Gayton, of Middleton, died Oct. 14. She was 77. Her funeral services are private and the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home in Danvers will assist the family with the arrangements.
