Danvers Route 128 Ramp Closure Planned During Upcoming Road Work
Exit 44 off Route 128 southbound will be closed each night next week beginning Monday at 8 p.m.
DANVERS, MA — Route 128 southbound Exit 44 in Danvers will be closed after 8 p.m. through the overnight next week, along with additional temporary lane restrictions, for the installation of a camera pole at the highway exit.
The state Department of Transportation said the lane and ramp closures will start at 8 p.m. on Monday and run each night until 5 a.m. ending on Friday morning.
Route 128 southbound will have a breakdown lane and ramp closure at Exit 44, while the other lanes will be closed intermittently between midnight and 4 a.m.

Exit 44 will be closed throughout the week with vehicles detoured to Exit 43.
