'Fidgety' Shoplifter Arrested At Kohl's

Sunday, July 8

• Police were dispatched to Monkey Joe's at 6:11 p.m. on report of a man yelling in a van. The situation was unfounded. 
• Police were dispatched to a domestic dispute on Strawberry Lane at 8:03 p.m.

Monday, July 9

• A vehicle was reported damaged in the parking lot at 2:02 a.m.
• Police arrested Richard Aresco, 19, of 49 Swan Pond Rd. on charges of domestic assault and battery. 
• Police arrested Arthur Koudanis, 24, of 225 Newbury St., on charges of shoplifting at at 1:32 p.m. The report described Koudanis, who was reported stealing more than $100 by asportation, as a 'figdety' shoplifter. 
• Police arrested Joao Oliveira, Jr., 18, of 307 Saratoga Rd. in East Boston, on warrant charges at 6 p.m.
• Three kids throwing trash were reported at the Hunt Medical Building at 6:27 p.m.
• Police dispersed a loud group of kids at at 10:39 p.m.

Tuesday, July 10

• Police were dispatched to at 11:30 a.m. on report of a person laying in the grass. They did not find the person in question.
