Thursday, March 15
- Malicious damage to a vehicle parked at the was reported to police at 5:11 p.m.
- Police were dispatched to on report of a man with a sniper rifle at 5:35 p.m. Police spoke to the individual in question.
- Items were reported stolen from a vehicle at at 6:22 p.m.
- A domestic dispute was reported from Bay Drive at 7:56 p.m.
- Police were dispatched to River Drive on report of a squirrel behind a refrigerator, at 9:09 p.m. Animal control was notified.

- A vehicle on Putnam Lane was reported broken into at 6:09 a.m. Nothing was reported stolen, but the car had been riffled through.
- Another vehicle on Putnam Lane was reported broken into at 6:39 a.m. Ugg boots and sunglasses were reportedly stolen.
- Shavonne McCarthy, 29, of 248 Lynn Fells Parkway, in Saugus, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on charges of shoplifting clothes from .
- Shoplifters were reported to police at at 5:16 p.m.
- At 9:12 p.m. police arrested Mark Giusto, 42, and Tina Sawyer, 40, both of 103 Main St., in North Reading, on charges of larceny over $250 from Walmart. Giusto was also charged with possession of an illegal knife.
Saturday, March 17
- Jewelry was reported stolen from a Rand Circle home at 1:02 a.m.
- A 19-year-old female from Lowell and a 19-year-old male from North Billerica were placed in protective custody at 1:05 a.m., following a fight at the .
- Two intoxicated males were reported to police at at 1:47 a.m.
- Four males were reported to police as "suspicious" at the at 12:24 p.m.
- Illegal dumping of trash/litter and unregulated vehicles were reported at Moore GMC Truck Inc. at 5:37 p.m.
- At 9:37 p.m. police arrested James Odell, 57, of 28 Dane St., in Beverly, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, speeding, and marked lanes violation.
- Brian Moran, 17, of 241 Maple St., was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on charges of possessing alcohol under 21.
