Notre Dame Football Coach Brian Kelly to Speak in Danvers

University of Notre Dame head football coach and St. John’s Prep graduate Brian Kelly will speak at Danversport Yacht Club on Thursday, May 10.

Sponsored by the St. John’s Prep Alumni Association, the program is open to the public. Admission is available at two levels: $100/person includes a special reception at 5 pm followed at 6 pm by dinner and the speaking program; $50/person includes the 6 pm dinner and speaking program. 

Tickets for the special reception option are limited. Reservations should be made in advance at www.stjohnsprep.org/briankelly or by calling 978-774-6727 x417. Danversport Yacht Club is located at 161 Elliott Street in Danvers, Mass. 

Danvers Youth Football Cheerleading Registration

DYFC is now open to Grades *1 - 8 (as of Sept 2012.) Registration will take place on Thursday, May 10 form 6:30-8:30 at the Danvers High School cafeteria. .

Danvers Rotary Hosts Third Annual Run Around the Rotary

Retirement Board Seeking Proposals

The Danvers Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to perform actuarial services on behalf of the Danvers Retirement System (“System”)  relating to System funding requirements and actuarial liabilities as defined in M.G.L. c. 32 and to  provide appropriate disclosure financial statement information to conform to the requirements of 
GASB 25, 27, 28, 31 & 45, and other successor GASB. The successful respondent will also work with the Board to develop a funding schedule in conformance with M.G.L. c. 32 and 840 CMR.

Submissions must be received by the Danvers Retirement Board, Town Hall, 1 Sylvan Street, Danvers, Massachusetts 01923 by May 25, 2012 at 12:00 pm (“Submission Deadline”).
