Man Sleeping in Car at Motel 6 Arrested on Warrant

Thursday, April 19
- A Berry Street residence reported their shrubs had been pulled out of their lawn maliciously at 7:15 p.m.

- A damaged dog fence was reported at a Pine Street residence at 7:27 a.m.
- A non-domestic dispute was reported at 1:37 p.m., after a neighboring tree fell into an Elliott Street resident's yard.
- At 5:30 p.m. police arrested Keron Franklin, 19, of 1 George St. in Lynn, on charges of domestic assault.
- Police were dispatched to Andover Street at 6:29 p.m., on report of youths on a billboard sign. When police arrived there was no one in question in the area.
- Kids playing on a pile of wood on Bow Street were reported at 7:53 p.m. Police spoke to the kids.
Saturday, April 21
- Anthony Lavargna, 21, of 60 Bowdoin St. in Malden, was arrested at 4:27 a.m. on warrant charges. Police were dispatched to the parking lot to check his well-being. Staff told police Lavargna had been sleeping in his vehicle for more than 5 hours.
- Metal was reported stolen at the at 6:59 a.m.
- An individual pan handling outside was reported at 7:47 a.m.
- Two females and a male were reported as suspicious at 10:02 a.m. on the corner of Birch and Collins Street.
- Failure to pay a cab driver on Maple Street at 2 p.m. was reported to police.
- Police were dispatched to at 4:06 p.m., for medical aid, on report of a person in the water.
- Police were dispatched to at 7:44 p.m., on report of a mother yelling at a baby. They were gone on police's arrival.
- A male "dragging a female" was reported as suspicious at at 8:31 p.m.
- A nail into the side of a tire was reported as malicious damage at a Seneca Road residence at 9:01 p.m.
- At 9:39 p.m. a 57-year-old Lynn woman was placed in protective custody for intoxication.
Sunday, April 22

- A car parked on Lawrence Street was reported to have a smashed window at 12:15 a.m.
- A loud party on North Belgian Road was reported to police at 12:45 a.m.
