1. Roadway construction is planned on Salem End Road and Temple Street today. Motorists should seek alternate routes, as significant delays are expected.
2. The Framingham School Committee is scheduled to met tonight at 7 at the King Building.
Prior to the public meeting, the Committee will hold a closed door meting at 6 p.m. to discuss contract negotiations.

On the public agenda is a discussion of the school budget, a vote to approve the salary for the new Assistant Superintendent of Schools, and an update on the Framingham School Committee’s nomination of Town Meeting member Herb Chasan for an award.
3. The Framingham Frogs will host Walpole tonight at the Keefe Technical Pool at 6. The Framingham Parks & Recreation co-ed swim team is 4-1 thus far this season.

4. Framingham Selectmen are schedule to meet tonight at 7. On the agenda is for Selectmen to approve a liquor license for Craft Beer Cellar on Route 9, discussion on medical marijuana, and an update on the downtown Eversource project.
5. The main Framingham Library will hold a cosplay workshop tonight from 6 to 8.
For those unfamiliar, cosplay is the practice of dressing up as a character from a movie, book, or video game, especially one from the Japanese genres of manga and anime.
