The carnival was the brain-child of Framingham High junior class president Jake Binnall, who began working on bringing the carnival to town in 2013. The carnival will features rides, food and games by Fiesta Shows.
Money raised from the “carnival will go towards ensuring that cost doesn’t deter people from attending their senior prom. It will significantly help us cut down costs,”said Binnall.
