5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: October 6

McDonald's starts serving breakfast all day today and McCarthy Elementary has a McDonald's fundraiser this afternoon.

1. McDonald’s starts serving breakfast all day at many franchise locations.

2. And tonight, you can have breakfast or dinner at McDonald’s on Route 30 and held McCarthy Elementary School.

McCarthy McTeacher Night is from 4 to 7 p.m. Join your teachers at the McDonalds at 343 Cochituate Road for an evening of fun. McDonalds will donate a portion of all sales (dine-in and drive-thru) to the McCarthy PTO. No flyer is necessary to participate.

3. The Town of Framinghm will host an information session about the proposed enhancements to the Central Business Zoning tonight at 7 in the Blumer Community Room of the Memorial Building. The public is invited to the free session. Town Meeting, which starts on Oct. 20, is scheduled to vote on the changes.

4. The Framingham School Committee is scheduled to meet tonight at 7 at King Elementary School.

5. FLYERS in action: The golf team lost to Weymouth yesterday. Playing today are:

  • Girls soccer hosts the Wildcats of Weymouth today at 3:45 p.m. at the high school
  • Girls volleyball hosts Weymouth for a 3:45 p.m. match
  • Boys soccer travels to Weymouth for a 3:45 p.m.
  • Girls swimming & diving team travels to Wellesley for a 7 p.m. meet. The meet is at Babson College.
