AAA: Gas Prices In Massachusetts Range $1.99 to $2.45

Prices locally are 12 cents less than a month ago.

Gasoline prices in Massachusetts are down three cents from last week, according to AAA Northeast, which has an office in Framingham.

AAA’s Oct. 13 survey of prices in Massachusetts found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $2.11 per gallon, down three cents from last week.

Prices locally are 12 cents less than a month ago.

The current price is 20 cents less than the national average for self-serve unleaded of $2.31.

A year ago at this time the Massachusetts average price was $1.15 higher at $3.26.

The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 46 cents, from a low of $1.99 to a high of $2.45.
