Drive-By Shooting on Danforth Street

Framingham Police arrested one teen, 16, after a car drove by and shot out several windows at a home with a pellet gun.

A teenager shot out windows on a home on Danforth Street Sunday night with a pellet gun, according to Framingham Police.

Police pulled over a car full of teenagers just after the incident on Queens Way.

One teen male, 16, had a pellet gun and a bb gun. One of the guns looked like a mini-Uzi.

Police arrested the teen, 16, and charged him with vandalism and destruction of property more than $250.

The teen was to be arraigned in Framingham juvenile court. The media, and the public, are not allowed into juvenile arraignments.

The homeowner said a Chevy Malibu, full of teenagers, pulled in front of his house and fired several shots breaking windows and the glass front door. Windows of the homeowner’s vehicles were also broken.
