Framingham Man Charged With Urinating In Front Of Woman, Kids

FRAMINGHAM, MA—After a landlord called on his tenant for urinating outside the apartment and inside his kitchen, a Framingham man is facing several charges.

At 6:37 p.m. on June 8, an officer was sent to an apartment on Arlington Street, where a man was reportedly urinating in his room. When police arrived, the landlord said that his tenant, Cedric Simpson, was drunk and had urinated in front of the house. The landlord had a video of the incident, which shows Simpson holding his penis and urinating, said police in a report.

The landlord said to police that he was shocked that Simpson was outside in broad daylight urinating, and that the landlord's wife and children were home. Another surveillance video showed Simpson fidgeting with his zipper and then urinating in his bedroom in front of a woman and her children.

Police found Simpson near the bathroom when they got there, with Simpson unable to make it to the door due to his condition, said the report.

While responding to the issue and arresting Simpson for open and gross sexual lewdness, a check found that Simpson was registered as a sex offender living at 3 Merchant Road in Framingham. He was then also charged with failing to notify police of his address change.
