Enthusiastic crowds are lining the streets of Framingham, cheering on the runners in the Boston Marathon.

More than 27,000 people are participating this year. On Waverly Street, music provided by a house near La Cantina Italiana is providing a lively backdrop.

The lead runners for men moved through to the beat of Run DMC and Aerosmith.
