Water Main Work Starting In Framingham

The project could take up to eight weeks.

FRAMINGHAM, MAβ€”The Framingham Water Department is replacing approximately 2,400 feet of water main on Salem End Road between Badger Road and Lantern Road, with this project starting on Tuesday, June 26. This project is anticipated to take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete.

A detour will be in place Monday through Friday between 7 a.m and 5 p.m. Posted detour signs and police detail officers will be on site to facilitate safe vehicular traffic.

All construction activity will take place during the day with the exception of the intersection of Badger Road and Salem End Road; a portion of the work in this intersection may need to be done overnight.
