$10 Million Scratch Ticket Sold Out Of Hopkinton Cumberland Farms
A trust has claimed the first winning $10 million ticket from Massachusetts State Lottery's "$10,000,000 Bonus Wins"game.

HOPKINTON, MA — The first $10 million winner of the Massachusetts State Lottery's "$10,000,000 Bonus Wins" game has come forward.
The whopping $10 million winning prize was claimed by Tommy D Nominee Trust of Quincy, represented by David Spillane.
The trust chose to receive the prize in the form of a one-time payment of $6,500,000 before taxes, with the final check amounting to $4,615,000.

Though the winning ticket was purchased at Cumberland Farms in Hopkinton last month, the winner's full identity wasn't revealed until Tuesday, Jan. 18.
The store, located at 93 West Main St. in Hopkinton will receive a $50,000 bonus for its sale.

Massachusetts allows lottery winners to create a trust, then allowing the trustee to turn in the ticket, receive the check, and deposit it into a bank account for the beneficiaries.
