Driver Sought By Police After Hopkinton Hit-And-Run
The victim, a 31-year-old Burlington man, was taken to a Worcester hospital after the January hit-and-run.

HOPKINTON, MA — Hopkinton police are looking for help identifying a driver who hit and injured a pedestrian in January.
According to police, the victim, a 31-year-old from Burlington, was seen walking along an East Main Street (Route 135) sidewalk around 3 a.m. on Jan. 22 east of the downtown area near Ray Street.
Moments later, he was hit by a driver in a sedan — however, police have been unable to find video footage of the collision.

"We are hoping members of the public can assist our investigation by providing footage from home surveillance systems that could potentially provide evidence," Chief Joseph Bennett said in a news release. "We are committed to finding justice and some measure of closure for the victim in this incident, and we ask community members to assist us if they can."
The victim was taken to UMass Memorial in Worcester for treatment after the incident. State police are helping Hopkinton police investigate the incident.
