2:42 p.m.: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash at Washington and Prospect Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:25 a.m.: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
2:50 a.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
12:09 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:30 p.m.: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a report of motor vehicle crash on Rolling Meadow Drive.
Tuesday, Dec. 13
6:39 a.m.: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
11:59 a.m.: Medical - The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street. A resident was transported to Norwood Hospital.
2:49 p.m.: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a motor vehicle crash at Washington and Summer Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. The backup ambulance also responded to the crash and transported a second individual to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. One patient refusal was also obtained.
