HHS to Host Art Fundraiser for Doug Lack

Holliston High will hold an art sale and gala to benefit teacher Doug Lack's upcoming kidney transplant.

Student artwork will be on display at  on Jan. 21 as area residents try to raise funds for HHS art teacher Doug Lack, who must undergo a costly kidney transplant. 

The event will feature live music, crafts for kids and an art sale to benefit Lack. 

"The Art Gala and Sale will raise funds to defray medical and other costs associated with Doug Lack's kidney transplant as well as those of the live donor," the event's organizers said in a statement.

The fundraiser follows an last month that raised $1,000 for the teacher.
