Jan. 23 11:51 a.m.: A student reported losing an iPod touch while walking from to . 2:22 p.m.:  responded to a domestic disturbance on Washington Street. Officers arrested William Tolan, 46, who resides at 925 Washington Street in Holliston on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.   6:39 p.m.: A caller reported a motor vehicle had struck a pole on Lowlad Street and continued driving. Police located the vehicle after a second crash and arrested Laura Kennedy, 56, who lives at 141 Mitchell road in Holliston on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of property damage.
