Dec. 12 9:23 a.m.: A caller on Goulding Street reports a large number of windows and a door were placed in his dumpster sometime in the past week. 12:13 p.m.: A resident on Francine Drive reports her vehilce was entered during the night. A bag of change, dollar bills, and CDs were missing. 4:31 p.m.: A resident on Central Street called reporting a male party asking aggressively for money on Central Street. think the party may be the some person who was asking for money outside a Mobil station Sunday night.
