Nov. 5 12:29 p.m.:  A resident filed a report of debris in the road on Washington Street 4:54 p.m.: Police received multiple 911 calls regarding a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Police requested an ambulance, which was refused by the car's driver. 5:17 p.m.: A caller on Marshall Street reported a deer ran into the side of his truck and then into the woods.
