Dec. 14  12:10 p.m.: received a report of a man walking on Washington Street not wearing a jacket or shoes. 2:44 p.m.: Police received a report of a car crash on Washington Street.  5:54 p.m.: A resident reported a dog in the roadway. Police checked the area, but could not locate the animal. 9:17 p.m.: A caller on Whitney Street requested assistance with a Motor Vehicle lockout.
