9:10 a.m.: A resident on Cedar Street called police reporting someone had stolen coins out of their car sometime during the night.   2:42 p.m.: received a report of a black SUV driving on Kuniholm Street with its operator looking into building windows. 6:22 p.m.: A driver on Washington Street called police saying another vehicle ran him off the roadway into a mulch bed. Police drove the operator to Mission Springs.
