1:15 a.m. A High Street resident reports a tree limb in the road. were able to remove it without assistance.   9:59 p.m.: A motorist on Washington Street reports a vehicle weaving erratically. An officer reports he has stopped the vehicle and has checked the driver.  10:14 p.m.: A motorist reports an injured deer near Washington Street.
