9:21 a.m.: A driver on Washington Street called  reporting a piece of metal fell of a truck and damaged her car. 9:45 a.m.: A resident reports being harassed by her brother who she intends to obtain a restraining order against. 10:15 a.m.: A resident on Courtland Street reports that she can hear people yelling at each other from a nearby residence.
