9:43 a.m.: responded to a motor vehicle crash on Norfolk Street.  12:19 p.m.: A Bullard Street resident called police reporting a suspicious vehicle that was left unattended. The car's owner was later located near the sportsman's club collecting cans.  4:09 p.m.: A resident reported a bike in front of his house that has been there for half the day. Officer brought the bike back to the station and logged it as property.
