The price to mail a letter at your local post office will be slightly higher beginning Jan. 22.  The cost of a USPS forever stamp will increase to 45 cents tomorrow, up one cent from its previous price. According to <a href="http://blog.usa.gov/post/11911642506/the-price-of-stamps-will-increase-in-2012" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">USA.gov</a>, this is the first increase to the stamp's price since May, 2009.  Also on the rise are the costs of send postcards and international letters, which will increase by three and seven cents respectively.  What do you think?
