The meal before Christmas has become a ritual among my family. Every year we round up as many of our loved ones as we can find and devote several hours to eating great food.  In my very Italian household, everyone is a great cook with a passion for food. The traditional Italian Christmas eve menu of seven different kinds of fish is always my favorite meal of the year, and a tradition my taste buds have grown quite fond of.  What is one tradition your family has for the Holidays?
