All the insightful comments posted here deserve the "top comment" award.  On   said: "I believe that home values will dramatically rise in holliston, especially in areas which border on the adams st conservation land. This is not a small casino development it will change the real estate market in holliston for the better."  said: I can't see how property values in Holliston would rise. Between the traffic, and (let's just call it) the general cheesiness casinos project, who will want to raise a young family in my neighborhood when it's time for me to sell?
