said: Sure, I would. But my thinking on this has changed. The other day, I had the belated realization that the Crossroads site, however close to Holliston it may be, is truly and technically in Milford. So Holliston's fate is dependent on voting that will occur in Milford in 2012 or 2013, if things go that far. Holliston residents can protest all they want, but they will not be asked to vote on this, any more than Wrentham could vote on a Foxboro casino. I don't like that system much, because a casino's impact is regional, not local, but there it is. As I understand it, town meeting in Milford will need to decide on a zoning change that will allow a casino; that's a two-thirds vote. Also, there will be a yes-or-no town-wide referendum in Milford, decided by a simple majority. I wish, therefore, that I personally knew more of my neighbors in Milford. Is there is an anti-casino movement in Milford already? Maybe, but I haven't seen much evidence of it.
