HOLLISTON-HOPKINTON, MA — Hurricane Henri may have been downgraded to a tropical storm early Sunday, but it still wreaked some havoc especially in Hopkinton.

"There was nothing major to speak of," said Hopkinton Police Dispatcher Evan Brooks, but a tree came down on a house at 7 Kerry Lane in Hopkinton. There were no reported injuries according to Hopkinton Police and Fire Departments.

A tree also came down on Pond St., Brooks said. "There were trees blocking roads here and there that were quickly removed."

The main damaged occurred between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday.

"We lucked out for the most part, the winds were not exactly what they were predicting," Brooks said.

It was even quieter in Holliston.

"Nothing serious, just a few tree branches down," according to Holliston Police Dispatch.
