Man Accused Of Sex Trafficking At Encore Casino, Natick Hotel
Ronald Hall, 46, of Worcester, is also charged with kidnapping a victim and assaulting her before she escaped.
WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man has been held without bail on charges of human trafficking and kidnapping, Attorney General Maura Healey's office said. Ronald Hall, 46, is accused of trafficking a victim for sex at Encore Boston Harbor in Everett and at a Natick hotel. He also kidnapped another victim in an attempt to traffic her for sex, authorities said.
Hall faces two counts of trafficking for sexual servitude, two counts of kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, deriving support from prostitution and being a habitual criminal.
Authorities say Hall facilitated sexual encounters involving one victim at the Encore casino and a Natick hotel, keeping the majority of the profits for himself. He also kidnapped another victim, attempted to traffic her for sex and physically assaulted her before she escaped, according to the AG's office.
