'Stay Out Of Our City With Your Poison': Fentanyl Found In Malden

One person was arrested and several bags of fentanyl were seized in Malden Tuesday.

MALDEN, MA — Police arrested a Salem man Tuesday and seized several bags of a white powdery substance believed to be fentanyl.

The 33-year-old suspect, who police did not identify by name, will face drug charges. He was arrested Tuesday evening.

"We want everyone to visit and experience our great city, but if you come to sell poison, please stay out; you are not welcome here," the Malden Police Department said in a statement.
