One person was trapped in an elevator on the first floor of the Hyatt Place hotel at 116 Riverside Avenue. Crews were working to get them out when the power came back on and the doors opened.

A man and a woman were also trapped in an elevator on the 5th floor of the apartment building at 3920 Mystic Parkway.
No injuries were reported, officials said.
