You won't ever catch Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick trash talking Rex Ryan, but a Congressman representing a whole lot of Patriots fans had no problem taking a jab at the out-of-the-playoffs head coach of the New York Jets. Congressman Ed Markey briefly at McGlynn's inauguration, commending Medford for having an unemployment rate - 5.6 percent - 3 percentage points below the national average and 1.5 points below the state average. "It is because there is a plan, and it is not a plan like Rex Ryan's plan to get into the playoffs, it's a plan more like Bill Belichick's plan, to every year insistently consistently persistently draw to the city of Medford the analytic and the social and the physical skills needed in order to make Medford a cutting edge community," Markey said.
