The Medford Mustangs Varsity hockey team will take on Druzhba78, a junior team from the Ukraine on Saturday. The Ukrainian squad, a U-16 elite team coached by Ivan Pravilov, will play Medford in as part of a New England Tour. The game is at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 17 at Loconte Rink. Admission is $5. Free admission for Medford Youth and Middle School hockey players.

2. Is it Really Mid-December?: Highs will be around 50 degrees today with sunny skies, according to the National Weather Service. Tomorrow: Partly sunny with highs in the upper-30s.
