Good morning, here are five things to know today:

The council has a busy night ahead of it. The mayor has submitted the school and city budgets -- totalling $139 million -- and it has meetings to discuss a proposed loan order for a police station study, and for a pilot food cart program.

Weather: Fog in the morning is expected to make way for sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s, according to the National Weather Service. Look out tomorrow -- highs in the Mid 90s are expected.
