Medford Man Arrested At Vermont-Canadian Border: Report

The man was wanted for a crime that took place in New Hampshire.

MEDFORD, MA — A native was arrested at the Canadian border this past weekend, according to a report from the Vermont Daily Chronicle.

Masseye Dabo, 49, was confronted by Vermont State Police at the Highgate Port of Entry after U.S. Customs and Border Protection alerted them of his criminal record.

Dabo reportedly had a warrant out for his arrest of a Class B felony robbery charge in Manchester, New Hampshire. He was held on $5,000 bail and ordered to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Monday on the charge of Fugitive From Justice.
