This Medford Board Is Short On Membership
People with backgrounds in planning, construction, transportation, landscape design are especially encouraged.

MEDFORD, MA — The city announced it needs members for its Community Development Board, according to Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn.
Responsibilities for joining the seven-member board include conducting site plan reviews for major projects, recommending changes to zoning ordinance, and administering the Subdivision Control Law of 1998.
Community Development Meetings are typically held at 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Members receive a $900 annual stipend for their efforts.

Community members can apply online and can submit it electronically or in-person at the Mayor’s Office at City Hall.
